Travelog: Family Hometown Trip

Hello and Assalamualaikum

It's February!!!
My family decided to go back to our hometown on Chinese New Year holiday for the first time ever!
We usually went back once in a year that is for eid. So, here's a post about the trip!

Actually, we had to attend wedding ceremony without knowing it beforehand, So, my mum and I, the female in the family, had to borrow Baju Kurung from my aunt, because we just bring our casual outfits.

After attending the ceremony, we headed to Batu Burok beach. It has many things nowadays, like, any foods, including ice cream rolls, we were in hurry because it was prayer time. So, I forgot to take the pictures of the ice cream. It was so delicious tho. But here, I put a pic of Sotong Celup Tepung or fried cuttlefish.

Oh! I also had snack called Cokelat Tarik or if I translate the name roughly, it is called Pull Candy (?) Well, in Trg, we called candies as Cukelat/Cokelat. Even chocolates, we called it cokelat or cukelat. Easy right? Here what Cokelat Tarik looks like

It's covered with sesame seed
We also eat some Pulut Panggang

The pic is from the stall, not the one we bought

So for the next day, we had nasi dagang, nasi lemak and nasi kunyit for breakfast, (I didn't take pic)
And we had lunch at our aunt's. Then we headed back after lunch. But, we still manage to go to our fav food stall, near the Kemaman River

I ordered Meehun Celup. It's so tasty! Plus Milo Ais! OMG!

And so we went home, we also managed to stop at Mesra Mall. I regret not buying a sling bag. It was so pretty. TT
